Welcome. First of all, you do NOT manage people, you manage things. You LEAD people.

This is all the difference in the real and raw leadership of people who achieve great results with their work teams. I invite you to do this reflection and thank you for reading my articles on this website.

For a long time, there has been a debate about the difference between management and leadership, and the idea that they are completely opposite concepts.

This new vision proposes that management is complementary to, and goes hand in hand with, the real and raw leadership of the reality.

Management refers to the efficient planning, organizing, and controlling of available resources to achieve established goals.

Leadership goes beyond tasks and processes; it focuses on people and their professional and personal development; it involves inspiring, motivating and guiding. It is about creating a corporate family. Treating people as people, not as resources. Living your work life as an extension of your blood family and, as a leader, extending it to your business family.

The leader builds that family. No one else does it for him or her. That is why the leader needs care and personal inner work. That is why I created Mastery in Yourself, which is a one-on-one work to develop this inner growth in the leader.
