Purposes to fulfill

New Year has arrived:

The secret of Being Valuable, Rich and Loved is to focus all your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.

You may be thinking about the ORIGINAL New Year's resolutions, which are anything but new, since they look like those of other years; you may also have realized that, even if you can fulfill a single resolution, it does not increase your satisfaction and happiness in general.

As the evidence of the facts will have shown you, these promises that you make to yourself at the beginning of each year are often broken or forgotten as the daily routine (the rush of everyday life) drags you back to old realities, old customs and known bad habits.

These bad habits are sold to you by the lying mind as your identity.

And the mind tells you: This is how you are. If you didn't do them, you would stop being you and you wouldn't know who you really are. So give in to these bad habits.

I'll list some of them for you:

Identify how many of these you do that steal from you happiness, health, love from people, money, greatness, acceptance in a group, unity with valuable people, clients, good friends, good suppliers, and others.

1.- Insult with toxic emotions.
2.- Spending too much, spending without control or not knowing how to spend on what is worth it and does you good.
3.- Only THINKING about yourself and COMPLAINING ABOUT EVERYTHING THAT DOES NOT FAVOR YOU.
4.- Excessive control over those we love.
5.- Manipulation of those who depend on us (children, parents, employees, suppliers or friends).
6.- Lack of awareness of my harmful and toxic emotions such as anger, hatred, resentment, envy, anxiety, anguish, fear, etc.
7.- Disorder in our daily things (home, workplace, car, closet, clothes, room, etc.).
8.- Eat cravings without limits.
9.- Wasting money on vices.
10.- Irresponsibility with our debts.
11.- Neglecting your body: eating too much sugar, flour, alcohol, medications, lack of exercise, lack of leisure and rest time.
12.- Not getting enough sleep.
13.- Not knowing how to invest your time and money.
14.- Not paying attention to the most important things in your life.
15.- Forgetting that you are going to die.
16.- Forgetting that the people you love most today will die.
17.- Not knowing how to forgive the mistakes of those around you.
18.- Not building healthy and free relationships.
19.- Not knowing be rich.
20.- Love ignorance.
21.- Misjudging poverty.
22.- I will not be responsible for the consequences of my actions.
23.- Not recognizing my mistakes and not paying the price for having made them.
24.- Wasting time in my life and at work.

Here are 24 bad habits that you allow and that lead you to misery, loneliness, depression, smallness of life, bitterness etc.

And every year many of us get dragged along. This year I invite you to Coaching Wednesday, to set goals that you can identify each week as beneficial, enriching and, above all, intelligent to have a better life, a better income and the greatness that you and your loved ones deserve with your leadership and example.

So this year I would like to offer you something different: Not just a reflection but an action each week (every Wednesday), so that you can achieve greater results this year.

That is my purpose for you: to offer you valuable, timely and healthy maintenance every Wednesday so that you have sufficient maintenance and build something better every day of your life, starting with this one.

With all my commitment and love: Dr Roch
