Returns and Refunds
CONSOLIDATED DIRECT SC RETURN POLICIES
COMMERCIALLY KNOWN AS “DR ROCH”
- No returns will be accepted if they do not comply with the return policies established in this document.
- No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Sales Administration or General Management.
- Special returns or amounts greater than $5,000 MXN are authorized only by the General Management.
- Customer returns are received based on the terms established and approved by General Management in the awarded tenders.
- Return shipping and freight costs are borne by the customer, except for returns generated by an error by Dr. Roch.
- Returns caused by an error on the part of Dr. Roch or of products received by the customer in inadequate conditions, once it is proven that their condition is due to poor handling by the carrier, are accepted as long as the customer gives notice, up to a maximum of 72 hours after receiving the order.
- All products received through returns must come in their original packaging, with complete contents.
- Returns are accepted as long as the products or services have been purchased directly from Dr. Roch.
- Returns are not accepted directly from customers unless notification has been given to Sales Management and, consequently, to General Management in the cases already mentioned.
- Units returned due to quality defects and in which such condition is evident will be returned to the customer.
