How can I change a habit that I no longer want to have?

Welcome as the question today is:
Is it possible to transform repetitive mental routines with harmful consequences for my life into good habits with consequences for health, wealth building and happiness?

Every time you want to change a pattern of the mind…

Breathe

Whenever you want to change a mental pattern that has become an ingrained habit, breathing is the best way to do it.

All habits of the mind are associated with breathing patterns. Change the breathing pattern and the mind will change immediately, instantly. Try it.

Every time you notice that you are about to start judging and that you are returning to your old habits, immediately exhale, as if with the exhalation you are throwing away the judgment…

Exhale deeply, pushing your stomach in, and as you exhale, feel, visualize, that you are expelling all judgment.

Then, take a deep breath of fresh air, two or three times, and observe what happens. You will feel completely fresh, the old routine will not have been able to take over the situation.
