7 True Laws of Life to Be Stronger and Happier
Today I will share with you seven laws of life that will give you more strength and happinessThese truths are not theories, but principles that, when applied, will transform the way you face the world. Remember: to progress, you need order and inner strength.
Poverty, pain and hopelessness arise from disorder and the weaknessIf you wish to go deeper, I invite you to my Three-Day Retreat: Leaders Summit.
These laws are my philosophy of life. I don't expect you to believe them, but I expect you to experiments and experience its power in your daily life. My goal is to help you create a prosperous life, build a community of greatness-makers, and honor the Being who created us.
Why are laws important?
A law operates regardless whether you believe it or not. For example:
- The gravity It acts even if you deny its existence. If you drop an object, it will fall.
- The death It's inevitable. No matter how much you resist, it will come.
The longer you delay accepting the laws of reality, the more unnecessary suffering you will attract.
As a behavioral neuroscientist, I have observed these truths in my life and in the lives of my students (Master Yourself), retreats and conferences.
True Law #1: You're just passing through (and so is everyone you know)
Ask yourself: What would you do if today was your last day?
- Live with temporal consciousness: enjoy, be thankful and serve.
- Embrace the detachment: Be humble, value every word, act and smile.
- This law frees you: it focuses you on the essential and keeps you away from the trivial.
True Law #2: Life responds to your behaviors
For years, I wondered: “Why me, if I act with kindness?”.
The answer: Your actions (conscious and unconscious) shape your reality:
- Relationships, money, health, fame, power… everything is a reflection of what you do.
- We live distracted, complaining instead of take responsibility.
Key question: What are you creating today?
- Did you work efficiently to leave your mark?
- Did you treat with compassion those who wronged you?
- Were you loving to those who love you?
True Law #3: You choose your purpose
Life is balance between do (male) and be (female).
You don't need to "discover" a predestined purpose: you can choose it.
How to find it:
- Listen to your be wise (your inner thymus).
- Identify activities where time “flies.”
- Your purpose is be happy, abundant, serve and love.
True Law #4: Everything will pass
- Happy moment: Enjoy it intensely and keep it in your “memory chest.”
- Difficult moment: Believe it, this too shall passAcceptance gives you the strength to change your behavior and speed up the process.
Adversities are universal. The question is not “Why me?”, but “What can I learn?”.
True Law #5: Your relationships define you
No one can fully see themselves. You reflect on others.
- Surround yourself with honest people who show you who you are.
- The quality of your relationships (with yourself, others, nature and your sense of life) defines your value as a person.
Exercise: Diagnose your relationships in these 4 areas.
True Law #6: You do not control or change others
- Only you you can change.
- Trying to control others is toxic: it weakens and distorts reality.
- Strength is born from accepting the raw truth and act from your personal power.
True Law #7: Money is important
There is a unlimited flow of wealth available for you.
- Money doesn't define you, but it is a necessary tool.
- Claim your divine right to abundance, without guilt or attachment.
Truth that makes the difference: You are one with everything
- What you do to others, you do to yourself.
- Treating money, nature and people with respect attracts everyday miracles.
- To live this truth is to experience the heaven on earth.
I hug you from my heart and my thymusI trust this message resonates with you.
