What is Self Mastery?
This mastery helps to achieve a better reading of reality. First, you read reality and then you decide everything else.
This program aims to help the Leader reflect and take action on: Their decisions, organization, control systems, personal development, skills and attitudes (management and operational skills).
The goal is to start from a reality and leave subjectivity aside. A study will be carried out to provide us with data on the leader's reality and from there a plan will be made to improve, maintain balance and achieve objectives.
The approach will seek satisfaction and simplification of life, desires and expectations.

Aim
- The Leader will be able to assess the level of life and work competence that he or she has and visualize where he or she is headed, with that level of competence and work, in order to confirm that he or she is on the path that leads him or her to his or her objective or goal. Planning is going halfway there.
- You will be able to realize the level of balance and satisfaction that you have in your personal lifestyle and work skills; in your relationship with yourself (health, rest, emotional balance, values and fun, etc.) in your relationship with others (power, service, treatment, delegation, family, etc.) in your relationships with things (control, proper use of possessions, fame, wealth. It strengthens the leader's immune system).
THEMATIC CONTENT
- Need for a space of time to think about how we think, to listen to how we speak, to observe how we are. The need for time dedicated to myself, as a leader.
- Analysis of the degree of attention or lack of attention to my managerial and operational skills: a) Clarifying what a competence is. b) Logical, creative, strategic and ethical. c) Technical, communication and interpersonal relations.
- 12 Leader Skills: Listening, flexibility of thought, persistence, use of senses, strategy, precision of language with thought, precision in actions, spirit of wonder, questioning, creativity and impulse management.

Duration and schedule
There are 6 sessions of 5 to 6 hours each, once a month. The schedule will be managed at the participant's convenience.
It can be 50% in person and 50% virtual, or 100% virtual
Mechanics
This is a personalized 1-on-1 approach where a series of diagnostic tools will be used to allow the Leader to accurately analyze his or her decision-making, perception of reality, conflict management, creativity, teamwork, motivation, etc. A process of improvement and development will be planned for all those aspects that require correction or support.
Working Method
The results will be documented and integrated into a written document, which will include the main conclusions obtained in the investigation and the recommendations.
