Sleep Technique by Dr. Roch

Today I will present you a practical technique to help you fall asleep as a facilitator of well-being, that is, without problems, without the need for medication and using the body's natural intelligence.

I hope you put it into practice and let me know if it works for you and what results you have obtained.

This relaxation technique is the most basic of all the techniques to learn to relax, taking advantage of the power of the thymus and the wisdom of our body. It is important to understand that simple is not the same as easy. Simple is not complicated, but it requires wisdom. Simple, on the other hand, can be done by anyone because it is obvious.

You can practice this technique anywhere, you don't need any additional materials and it is effective and practical.

There are several ways to do it, but they all have something in common: counting your breaths.

The formula I find most useful is the following:

  1. Inhale for a count of 4 seconds.
  2. Hold your breath for a count of 7, trying to hold it for those 7 seconds.
  3. Exhale slowly until empty, counting to 8.

It is important that at the end of the exhalation you stay 4 seconds without air in your lungs, then inhale deeply through your nose for 4 seconds with force and vigor.

I believe this exercise and technique should be performed 10 times in bed, and you will be surprised to discover that if done correctly, you will likely fall asleep before completing the 10th repetition. I look forward to your comments.

Thank you for reading. I am Dr. Roch and I am at your disposal.
