Strength

We don't always have to be strong to be energetic, resilient and firm. Sometimes, our strength is expressed by being vulnerable.

Accepting that there are things that we cannot control and that are beyond our ability to manage them properly.

Accepting what overwhelms us is understanding that if we cannot change the exterior, we will have to conquer our interior.

Sometimes we need to fall apart in order to rebuild ourselves and continue on our path.

We all have days when we can't push any harder or contain the self-doubt.

Sometimes we cry in front of others. We express our tiredness, our irritability or our anger.

And everything is perfect.

Sometimes our vulnerability is our greatest strength, because we see ourselves, we accept ourselves and we surrender to life so that it can show us the way.
