Power to Rest
Being able to rest: Mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
On the seventh day of the week, it is good to let go of the strain after six days of various anguish, and give ourselves over to rest.
The rest of the mind is a silent emptiness devoid of words, attentive to devaluing your thoughts, breathing deeply feeling yourself from within and even Outside.
Words indicate things but they are not the things. Saying sugar does not sweeten our language. Writing water on a sheet of paper and throwing it away does not wet you; A map shows us the location of the territory but it is not the territory.
Finally the empty Mind fills the heart with emotions that make you feel alive, not just knowing that you are alive.
We only rest when we change from mental activity to emotional or spiritual activity.
Resting the mind is: feeling, choosing solitude, being completely attentive to myself.
The rest of the heart is: the presence of the loved one in your present moment.
The rest of the Soul is the presence of myself, in momentary reality, it gives me rest from the absence of the mind, of emotion and with it go: the anguish, depression and assumptions of the mind that lies. Toxic emotions caused by the lack of emotional engineering in my heart.
In the physical-sexual center (which is our most powerful energy) we achieve rest when we are satisfied of having sex with love and with the loved one (to whom I gave my yes and who gave me theirs). Without this condition, sex will never be satisfactory, nor full, and even less a high energetic rest.
Let us understand that we were originally designed so that without natural pleasure, there is no rest.
Mental pleasure (12 hertz) does not give rest. 12 hertz things do not fill the eternal human soul. No matter how much comfort you put into it, surgeries, travel, sex without love, artificial pleasure, drugs or medications, the pain of eternal emptiness will continue to hurt deeply. It is the Thymus that fills the human soul.
Finally, one day a week to spend in peace, we must relax our muscles and stop working.
This one-day break allows us to extend the most precious thing we have: life.
Being overwhelmed by work shortens our life. Rest is so sacred that in the “Genesis” chapter of the Bible, even God rests.
He, who is Pure Creativity, ceases to create and then the entire Universe blossoms like a paradise.
Dear companion of temporary existence, enjoy being alive, Leaving aside your lying Mind, and one day a week give yourself over to the sweet
“doing nothing” “thinking without giving value to what your perfectionist judgment says”, breathing feeling that you are alive” and if you want to delve deeper into this, sign up for one of my three-day retreats or take Self-Mastery for yourself.
Thank you for reading me.
