Life doesn't lie and neither does your body.

When someone asks me, "How do I select the people who work for my company?" I answer: I look at each person's life. I am not distracted by what they know, their appearance, their titles, their friends. I look at his life because life doesn't lie.

To explain people's behavior I want to highlight an important point, the maintenance we give to our body.

If your body doesn't produce what it needs to function, it will run out of gas long before reaching the goal your mind demands. Often what we complain of as mental fatigue is simply a signal that the body sends to indicate that something is missing, whether it be exercise, sleep and rest time, deep and conscious breathing, or to show how substances such as excess sugar or alcohol affect performance.

When we have a lot of work it often happens that we forget about ourselves. Badly done, Taking care of ourselves should be our main concern To achieve good results without burning ourselves out, it is essential to exercise, sleep seven or eight hours a night, sleep prudently, take vitamins, have loving sex, love unconditionally, trust someone. All of this is essential to be healthy and feel alive.

Don't see your body in terms of physical appearance and outward beauty; it's actually how you show your presence in the world and it's too expensive to neglect. When something stops working, that's when we discover how valuable it is. Don't wait until you suffer to realize that you have to act. Remember that the body, like life, doesn't lie. Paying attention to its language is a sign of intelligent beings.
