Do you know Jesuit-style leadership?
If you are open to reading everything, I recommend Ruben Aguilar's list on the Jesuit leadership book. Divided into two large parts, the first establishes The theoretical model of leadership designed and implemented by the Jesuits and in the second one it approaches that implementation based on the historical development of the Society of Jesus and to recount the lives of some paradigmatic Jesuits who lived their leadership to the fullest.
The Fundamentals of Leadership:
According to the author, the leadership created by the Jesuits since their foundation 450 years ago is based on four principles, which he bases on documents, practices, and the training style of the Jesuits.
These are:
1) Self-knowledge

Knowing how to recognize one's own strengths, weaknesses and values. Having a clear understanding of the world and where one wants to go. Jesuit techniques of self-knowledge (Prayer, Exercises, Exam...) allow one to adapt to change because they instill the habit of continuous learning and daily evaluation of action.
2) Ingenuity

Always innovate and at the same time adapt to the circumstances of a changing world. Explore new possibilities and ideas. Learn from other cultures and value them. Don't be defensive. Be grounded in what you believe, which is not negotiable, but know how to be indifferent. This allows you to always adapt without fear.
3) Love

Loving others and treating them accordingly. Always maintaining a positive attitude. Winning people over with love and not fear. Leaders have self-confidence and project this to others. They know their possibilities and their limits, they recognize and encourage those of others, they respect their freedom and initiative, they create environments of creativity and also of loyalty, affection, collaboration and mutual support.
4) Heroism

Awakening great desires in oneself and in others. Strengthening heroic aspirations in oneself and in others. Leaders imagine great futures and drive people to achieve them. They do not wait for the future, they build it. Leaders make the most of what they have, rather than waiting for things to fall into place.
