Emptying

A full pot cannot contain any more water…

“Emptying” to make room for newness.

Letting go of the resentment, the anger, the fear… so that love can enter…

Letting go of connections that no longer “add up”… so that others can come along that do…

Letting go of a job that doesn’t make you happy… to create one that you’re passionate about…

“Farewell is growth in the Thymus and mastery of your lying mind.

Saying goodbye empowers, enables, gives space and creates a place for the new, for the present, for the life that appears and that the Thymus reads, but that the mind denies because it is fleeting, uncertain, complex and ambiguous. We must discover in it the hidden possibilities that will develop our talents.

Keep these principles in your heart at all times:

~ It is not saying goodbye or letting go out of anger, but out of recognition and gratitude.

~ It’s important to embed learning. To create different situations and not repeat mistakes.

Sometimes it’s just a matter of saying thank you for what you’ve been through… and moving forward…
