José Gerardo González Rocha PhD., also known as Dr. Roch, has over 30 years of experience as a PhD. in Human Behavior, advisor and international speaker in Business, Salesmanship, Leadership, Team Building, Innovation, Creativity, High Performance and Talent Development for companies such as: FEMSA, Disney, Coca-Cola, Mead & Johnson, Heineken, Cemex, Pemex and mexican soccer teams such as Pachuca, Cruz Azul, Monterrey, León, Santos, Morelia and Puebla, as well as a consultant in successful programs for the governments of Mexico, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Panama.

He is the third of seven children, outstanding in many sports, like tennis, pin pong, squash, horse riding, swimming, soccer, he had a childhood full of changes, he lived in several cities in the center of the Mexican Republic but finally settled in the city of Monterrey, where he graduated in Communication Sciences from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) between 1984 and 1988.
