José Gerardo González Rocha, better known as Dr. Roch, has 27 years of experience in the field of human behavior. With three degrees in Pedagogy, Behavioral Sciences and Communication, a master's degree in Organizational Development and a PhD in Human Behavior, he now has several success stories to his credit as an advisor and speaker.

In an interview, he shares that the key to success can be summed up in one thing: reading reality, being attentive to what is experienced every day. He firmly believes that we come to this life to live experiences and enjoy the meaning of our existence.
