THE ECONOMIST: Elements of Dr. Roch's table

José Gerardo González Rocha developed a simple system to explain the elements that make up the meaning of the word business
Elements to develop your business:
- Don't lie to yourself: Look at your life, not your successes
- Be a leader for your people and your customers.
- Set the goal as a leader and do not hinder your people in achieving it.
- Hire people who are better than you. Look at their life, not just their resume.
- Check only what you can of each table leg. But keep an eye on them periodically.
- Check your mat every six months (systems are key to success).
- A business does not grow if there is no leader who injects it with inner energy.
- Watch your costs.
- Invest in the growth and training of staff and leaders in the research and sales areas.
- Enjoy what happens in your business, because your life happens within it.
