Signs of emotional exhaustion

1.- This exhaustion occurs in stages; it does not happen overnight.
2.- It doesn't appear from one moment to the next, there are many indicators that tell you that you are going in this direction
3.- It manifests itself in several ways:

A) You lose interest, you don't enjoy what you were once passionate about.
B) You feel unmotivated, an inner emptiness that hurts. Depersonalization: distanced from yourself.
C) Feeling ignored by the people you love.
D) Self-absorbed. Disconnected from everything around you. You bump into doors, you physically collide with people, you drop things.
E) You ignore your personal care: you don't eat on time, you don't shave, you stop grooming yourself and looking good for others.

Has this happened to you? Maybe it's time to take a break, step back and look at your reality.
BE CAREFUL! Don't do it from the senses, from the mind; but from your wise self, your Thymus, and the concrete and objective facts of the reality that surrounds you.

Take a deep breath, reframe, and grow.
