Do you know what Artificial Intelligence is doing to your brain?
Today I want to talk to you about something that deeply worries me… and that at the same time fascinates me.
Artificial intelligence is quietly creeping into every corner of our lives. It saves us time, it gives us answers… but what is it stirring up inside you, in that place where your humanity is forged?
MIT has just demonstrated this with images of the human brain:
• 83% of the people who wrote using AI did not remember a single sentence of what they had just produced minutes before.
• His brain activity dropped by 47 %… as if the brain “shut down”.
• The most alarming thing: this disconnection effect remained even after we stopped using AI.
• His texts were “correct” but soulless, without depth, without emotional scarring.
• Yes: they completed tasks 60 % faster, but at the price of using 32 % less thinking muscle.
However, there was a different group:
Those who first thought for themselves and then used AI as a tool. They preserved their memory, their creativity, and their inner strength.
The lesson is brutally clear:
AI can catapult you... or it can atrophy you.
It all depends on how you use it (or let it use you).
On my retreats, I often see people exhausted… not from work, but from thinking little and feeling nothing. That's why I designed exercises that reactivate the four brain lobes and awaken the thymus, that organ that is wiser than your mind.
The results are moving: human beings who regain patience, presence, the ability to look straight ahead, to feel, to connect, to love.
Because there's something you need to remember:
Deep thinking is a muscle… and a muscle that is not used, dies.
⸻
3 rituals to protect your mind (and soul) in times of AI:
1. Train your memory without crutches.
Force yourself to remember ideas, names, dreams. That's how you keep your inner spark alive.
2. Write by hand.
This very human action activates areas of the brain that no screen can awaken.
3. Practice conscious silence.
Breathe. Be still. Feel your heart.
Silence activates your sense of self, regenerates your creativity, and gives you back a peace you won't find on any screen.
⸻
Today I don't want you to be afraid of AI, I want you to respect it.
Use it as a tool… but never let it turn you into a tool.
Because what is truly valuable is not what you produce, but who you are becoming.
If this message resonated with you, I invite you to return to yourself at one of my retreats.
There we don't perfect machines... we awaken souls.
Thank you for reading, sharing, and treasuring this message in your mind and heart.
