How happy are you and what is happiness?
Happiness is temporary, it is an instant, that is why it is so difficult to feel it, maintain it and talk about it.
Today I will talk to you about happiness so that you can ask yourself two questions: how happy are you? And what is happiness?
Since we are born, human beings have an individual dimension and a social dimension. We need to belong to a group, but we also need to be ourselves.
Being yourself is not being selfish, being yourself is distinguishing your differences from others and being true to who you are, that is called self-love and it is an inner journey.
This inner journey goes from the head that is known to the spiritual self that is unknown, which is why it requires only one word: trust.
You must have experienced in your life that when you are at war with others you are at war with yourself and you are not happy.
You can only be happy if you care about the other person.
On the outside we are different, on the inside we are the same, made from the same sea water.
Different appearances do not make us distant beings; being different does not make us distant; we are emotional beings that can be united, that is happiness.
Happiness is NOT being at war with yourself or with others, even if they are different. Recognizing the difference that exists in others, but not establishing a distance of distancing but rather a closeness of understanding.
For me, that is happiness and it has to be lived in every moment. It is not something that is achieved and you get to a place, it is something that every moment demands this understanding from you.
