Leader of your Life
I want to talk about you being the leader of your life.
I invite you to look at this image and reflect on your individual leadership. If you wish to go deeper, I'll wait for you at Leaders' Summit, a three-day experience.

I loved this image and especially the lessons it gives us for our personal lives as LEADERS. Leaders of our freedom, of our decisions, of our emotions in the face of everything that happens to us.
In managing teams and projects, an effective leader must balance logic and emotion. The mind (coach) guides the emotions (horses), ensuring that decisions are not impulsive, but calculated and aligned with the authentic view of reality. This involves shedding the lies and perfectionist interpretations of a deceitful mind.
That is why we must work on the emotional direction we give to our leadership, allowing reality to guide us appropriately.
Let reality drive both our own emotions and those of our team, allowing us to efficiently drive and direct towards clear results.
When we find evidence in reality, we don't need people to believe in us. We just need people to look at our life and our evidence.
Another fundamental aspect is that a leader must have a clear vision (from within), as it provides direction and purpose to the team's work (carriage). Without conscious direction and a defined goal, efforts can be scattered and lost in the execution of meaningless tasks.
Remember, self-awareness and organizational awareness are critical to keeping everyone aligned with corporate goals and leading with intention.
Finally, the body (chariot) represents the physical health and energy of a leader, essential to sustain the effort and endurance required in leadership roles.
A leader must take care of his physical well-being to maintain the energy needed to face daily challenges, inspire and be a role model for his team. Stress management and general well-being are aspects that a leader must not overlook in order to maintain optimal and sustainable performance.
