I wish you encouragement to look at yourself, and to love yourself as you are.
May you have enough self-love to fight many battles, and the humility to know that there are battles that are impossible to win and are not worth fighting.
I wish you can accept that there are realities that cannot be changed, and that there are others that, if you move away from the place of complaint, you can change.
Don't allow yourself to say "I can't" and recognize "I don't want to."
I wish that you listen to your truth, and that you tell it, with full awareness that it is only your truth, not that of another.
Expose yourself to what you fear, because it is the only way to overcome fear.
That you learn to tolerate the “black spots” of others, because you also have your own, and that eliminates the possibility of complaint.
Don't condemn yourself for making mistakes; you are not all-powerful.
May you grow, wherever and whenever you want.
