I was about to die
The three things I felt and thought before my body crashed to the ground because the plane was going to crash.
Before dying…
I had this experience this year 2021 on one of my flights.
My plane had just taken off and had barely been on the plane for 3 minutes when it started to vibrate and a sound was heard as if something was being thrown from the plane. Technically we never knew what happened. The pilot warned us to be prepared for the impact, because we would have a forced landing and would have to return to the airport.
Emotions ran high in my head and thoughts of death began to appear.
The noise and movement of the plane were not normal. Several people started shouting, but their shouting did not help anyone, on the contrary, it disturbed the atmosphere and I think that did not help the pilot.
There were women praying out loud, others screaming inconsolably, children crying, it was very stressful.
My head started to think a lot of nonsense, my emotions started to change, I felt very affected by the environment of so many people who came on the plane scared and by what was really happening.
Hearing my head telling me that we were going to die, several times… led me to reflect on three things that I share with you today:
THE FIRST ONE:
1.- I learned that dying does not scare me.
It's as if we're preparing for the moment of death all our lives.
Dying is not scary “BUT IF YOU FEEL VERY SAD BECAUSE YOU LOVE LIFE AND YOU KNOW IT IS ENDING”, it is like when you don't want something to end but you know you are reaching the end, you cry from sadness.
THE SECOND:
2.- Everything changes in an instant.
I thought about everything I could have done and left for another time.
Foolishly thinking that he had all the time in the world to do it.
I break it down as follows:
A.- In my service to others at work:
I discovered that I had put off writing my book on the Scam, which is my most important RESEARCH.
Also putting all my books on Amazon, so that people could order them from anywhere in the world.
Dare to enter the US market with my three-day retreats and Masters.
Support my team and continue developing it to be more professional and better respond to the most demanding reality without stress and without complaining.
There at that moment, I learned that you don't have to fight anything in life, you have to discover what you are alive for and go for it with passion; it's like someone who knows which horse is going to win the race and bets EVERYTHING on it.
That's why you have to go all out.
B.-In my personal life:
Accepting my daughter's invitation to dare to jump out of a parachute with her.
I was grateful to have swum with my son in the Maldives among sharks and sunken ships.
Organize more adventure trips with my family, laugh out loud, play board games with my family and run more in the mountains.
Stop fighting over unimportant things and value the people I live with. Let myself be loved.
Stop being such a leader and flow with everyone more easily; reduce the complex and make it simple; live new experiences without any fear.
Keep running my 10Km. Take care of my dream. Live more attentive to reality and with fewer mental and more realistic expectations.
I realized that we live with our backs turned to death and every minute could be the last.
THE THIRD:
3.- The third is the amount of time wasted listening attentively to my Lying Mind (Ego).
The amount of time wasted on things that don't matter with people who do matter.
Since that moment I have never forced anyone to do anything they don't want to do.
I have not argued with people who have different opinions than me. I listen to them and accept their point of view.
Between winning and getting my way and having a better bond with the person I argue with... I prefer a healthy bond of acceptance even if the result is not in my favor.
We are all flying in our plane of life and we don't know if our plane will crash tonight.
You're not going to live forever just ask yourself:
Is the life you lead worth living?
That's why 2021 has been and is being so intense for me.
