EN Take care, do not worry

Worries are something that accompanies us throughout our lives., because we believe that with it we can change the things that make us suffer. We worry about an infinite number of things that surround our life: we worry about our health, the children, he money, our job or the lack of it, the death, whatever they can think about othersage and sometimes we worry, having nothing to worry about.

So now that you are in lockdown, here are three practical suggestions for everyday life during COVID-19.

1.- Invest time in yourself.

Use this time to reflect on yourself, on who you are, on what you think, on what you value, and on what you are doing.

TO.- Lee books and take online courses.

B.- Meditate. Be silent, check the murmurs of your mind and the longings of your heart.

C.- Give yourself timeYou can watch a movie or series that has been recommended to you.

D.- Ask yourself what ability You are requiring in your work that you have not yet sufficiently developed. Find a way to develop it by devoting time, money and attention to it.

2.- Connect with clients and friends.

A.- This time is good for find communication with those people that the rush of life, of work, has not allowed you to see.

B.- Talk and Take an interest in your customers, establishes closer communication with them during this period.

C.- Identify the challenges that your mind is confronting you with and take charge of them.

D.- Respond to your opponents, to your awkward friends and your social enemies. Establish a communication of no conflict and/or collaboration.

AND.- Use any means of communication to your advantage: it can be sending a message on WhatsApp, a phone call, a conversation via Zoom, etc.

3.- Organize your information.

Daily work often results in information being disorganized. This is a good time to throw away junk information and sort key information into folders. You can also organize it by topic so that it is easier to access key information when you return to your daily activities.

TO.- Beam Back Up of files that you no longer use but that are key.

B.- Clean your inbox, free up space and organize.

C.- All the folders in your cell phone order them!
