Harmful Stress in You

Today I want to talk to you about one of the most silent and destructive enemies of our time.
It causes loss of health, money, relationships, and above all, inner peace.
Its name sounds harmless, but when it takes hold of you, it wreaks havoc: harmful stress.

Stress doesn't arrive suddenly. It seeps in little by little, disguised as commitment, perfectionism, or responsibility.
It grows so subtly that you don't realize it until you're already sick, tired, irritable, or have an empty bank account.

Its root is a perfectionist and fearful mind: one that seeks to do everything flawlessly, not to fail, and fears that others will discover its vulnerability.
That perfectionism—which seems like a virtue—is actually a prison.
It demands more from you than your body and soul can give.
It steals your rest, your peace and joy.

Yes, it achieves results… but at the cost of your mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
And then, what you call "success" becomes too high a price to pay.

Life is not about achieving things.
It's about enjoying the process of achieving them.

One of the greatest blessings of the Thymus Reading is that it helps reduce perfectionism and the mental assaults that fuel your stress.
Because stress manifests physically: it turns into pain, insomnia, hair loss, or chronic fatigue.
Your body is telling you something, but you ignore it.
Until one day he stops talking to you… he yells at you.

Each body expresses that stress differently:
Mild pain can develop into gastritis.,
a migraine annoyance,
a preoccupation with gluttony or addiction,
a frustration in illness.
And that's how cancer, diabetes, heart attacks, or autoimmune diseases arrive.

But you can stop it.
Here are three practical tips to help you get it done on time.

  1. Listen to your body.

Tiredness, pain, and insomnia are not normal.
They are messages.
Ignoring them is a lack of self-love.
Attending to them is an act of inner wisdom.

  1. Review your lifestyle.

Your energy, your schedule, and your body are not infinite.
You don't have to do everything today.
Take mindful breaks: breathe, walk, hydrate, disconnect from your phone.
Your mind also needs rest to think better and live more peacefully.

  1. Take care of your life so that it works.

Investing in yourself—in a retreat, therapy, or a reading of the Thymus—is smarter than spending money later on medicine and hospitals.
Learn to let go of what you cannot control.
It's not weakness: it's emotional maturity.
It's choosing real peace over mental obsession.

Don't wait until you get sick to start taking care of yourself.
Your body is always giving you warnings; the problem is that you almost never listen to it.
Listening is a spiritual act.

Your thymus—your inner wisdom—always knows when it's time to stop.
