Who is Dr. Roch?
Dr. Roch has over 30 years of experience as a Doctor of Human Behavior, consultant, and international speaker on Sales, Leadership, Team Building, Innovation, Creativity, High Performance, and Talent Development for companies such as FEMSA, Disney, Coca-Cola, Mead & Johnson, Heineken, Cemex, and Pemex. He has also worked with soccer teams such as Pachuca, Cruz Azul, Monterrey, León, Santos, Morelia, and Puebla, and has successfully consulted with the governments of Mexico, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Panama.
In 1991 he graduated with a Master's degree in Organizational Development from the UDEM Institute. He also has a Bachelor's degree in Religious Sciences from the Institute of Religious Sciences incorporated into the ULSA and is a teacher from the Queretana Normal School. In 2000 he obtained his Doctor of Philosophy in Human Behavior from NewPort University, California.
He created methodologies that he has applied successfully: Evidence-Based Execution (E.B.E.), Reality Shot, Self-Mastery and The Mind that Lies, among others, applying the focus on the human being and more specifically on his behavior.
