Saying goodbye empowers, enables, gives space and creates a place for the new, for the current, for the life that appears and that the Thymus reads, but that the mind denies because it is volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous. We need to discover in it the hidden opportunities that will develop our talents.

Always remember these principles in your heart:

~ It is not a goodbye or a letting go from anger, but from recognition and gratitude.

~ It is essential to anchor learning in order to create different situations and not repeat mistakes.

Sometimes, it's just about saying thank you for what you've experienced... and moving on...
