HELLO! PANAMA: Professional Observatory of Life

Jose Gerardo Gonzalez Rocha, better known as Dr. Roch, is a multifaceted being. One of those who always has a project up his sleeve. He is a specialist in looking at people's lives, rather than listening to them, and he is a firm believer that there are no happy couples or successful companies. “What there are are happy people who live as a couple and successful people who work in a company and make it successful,” he explains.

He is a passionate man who finds inspiration in professional magic, music, theatre, ventriloquism and public speaking, not to mention one of his great interests: drawing caricatures. As a lover of human behavior, he has dedicated himself to discovering and developing the talent of those who seek his services, focusing on creativity, innovation, leadership, team building and magic in sales.

“I am a being who is being shaped by his decisions, which are caused by his reading of the reality of each day.” This is how this Mexican defines himself, who shared a virtual coffee with ¡HOLA!, so to speak.

– What do you consider to be the driving force of your life?
– The reality I live and the people I live with on a daily basis. I believe that God speaks to us in reality and speaks even if you don’t ask him, and even if you don’t want to listen. When I am alone, I discover what I am and what I have become with my actions, decisions and what I provoke.

– What inspires you?
– Many things and actions. I never cease to be surprised. Maybe because I am a child in an adult’s body with a credit card to spend.

– How do you distribute your time?
– As reality demands. I read my reality and abandon myself to it. I live for the present day, week and month. I intensely enjoy each daily experience. I am aware of my age, my health, my body and my spirit. This makes me change activities and rest while I work and live awake. Resting, for me, is not doing nothing, but changing activities, which optimizes the use of my time.

– What famous people do you work with?
– I must keep their names to myself, but I have worked with actors, singers, artists, politicians, businessmen, high-performance athletes and soccer players.

– Who makes up your family?
– My wife and four children. Thank God, I have two parents alive and six siblings; one of them has already passed away.

– What do you do to relax from your daily routine?
– I run in the morning and change activities when I feel tired; I sleep as much as I can; I hug people, listen to music, and walk or take my dog for a walk.

– What do you like to do on weekends?
– Being with my family and friends and their families

– Are you the type of man who likes to cook?
– I am terrible at cooking! My wife kicks me out of the kitchen. But I like to eat everything. I love seared tuna, enchiladas, leg tortas, filet a la tampiquera and fish with garlic.
