The prostitute's debt
Look what happens when money moves. I hope to explain well what the energy of two in motion is.
This August, in a small town, it is raining very hard and for several days the city seemed deserted, after COVID.
The crisis has been hitting this place for a long time, everyone is in debt and living on credit.
Luckily, a foreigner with money arrives and enters the only small hotel in the place, asks for a room, puts a 100 dollar bill on the receptionist's table and goes to look at the rooms.
The hotel manager grabs the bill and runs off to pay his debts with:
- The butcher.
He takes the bill and runs off to pay his debt with: - The pig farmer.
At that moment he runs off to pay what he owes to: - Animal feed mill.
The mill owner grabs the bill and runs to settle his debt with: - Maria, the prostitute who has not been paid for a long time, even offers her services on credit in times of crisis…
The prostitute with the bill in hand leaves for: - The small hotel, where he had brought his clients the last few times and which he had not yet paid for, hands him the bill:
- To the hotel owner.
At this moment the foreigner comes down, having just taken a look at the rooms, says that none of them suit him, takes his ticket and leaves.
“No one has made a cent, but now the entire city lives debt-free and looks to the future with confidence.”
THE MORAL:
IF MONEY CIRCULATES IN THE LOCAL ECONOMY, THE CRISIS WILL END.
Let's consume more in small shops and markets.
-The one who gives employment is the consumer. When you buy you give employment to those who produced the product.
- Stop valuing the foreign more than the local
- Consume what your friends and your country produce.
- If your friend has a small business, buy from him!
- If your friend sells clothes, buy them!
- If your friend sells shoes, buy from him!
- If your friend sells pastries, buy from her!
- If your friend does nails, bring your mom!
- If your friend is an accountant, go get some advice!
- If my friend owned a restaurant… What do you think?
I would eat there! - If a friend of mine had a bakery *I would go to that one!
- If a friend of mine had a store, I would shop there!
The next time you walk into a great bakery, remember your friend, sister, cousin, or uncle who sells empanadas, puff pastries, and cakes that are also delicious.
At the end of the day, most of the money is raised by large corporations and what do you think? It leaves the country! But when you buy from an entrepreneur, a small medium-sized business or your friends, you help them, we all win and you contribute to our economy.
Let's support entrepreneurship…
Let's support local consumption...
Let's support national production…
