SUCCESS HIDES WHAT DEFEAT TEACHES

If you want to succeed and be happier, you must start by failing twice as much.

And, above all, accept failure.

A lot of things happen when you fall and you recognize it.

To fall and recover is to have passed the test of paying the cost of growth.

You can tell when a person achieves success and is humble, because they have learned from the pain of having fallen and recognize that it hurts and costs money, suffering, anguish, rejection from others, criticism, disqualification, judgment... and perhaps disappointment from some social reference group.

SUCCESS HIDES WHAT DEFEAT TEACHES…

That's why I wrote this a few days ago: People who have always been successful don't realize anything; in fact, they don't recognize when they make mistakes and blame others.

On the other hand, those who have fallen and recovered have the sensitivity of those who have suffered pain and that connects them with their deep reality and with who they really are, with their imperfect being.

Perfectionists are intoxicated by cortisol, which affects the weakest part of their body. Check which ones are yours: your skin, your eyes, your ears, your joints, your intestines, etc.

Excessively worried or perfectionistic people are likely to become more bitter, if they are not already completely bitter. And they tend to hang out with each other.

Realistic people are excited about each other. It is excellent to set realistic goals and objectives. Let your mind wander, think high and think big, but always starting from a concrete reality.

Think big. Act small.
