HOW IS LIFE LOST?

Life is lost in many ways:
You lose when you want to live other people's lives and not your own.
You lose by criticizing other people's mistakes, and not by improving your own.
You lose when you regret every moment that you failed and don't look for solutions to succeed.
You lose when you spend your time envying others instead of improving yourself.
You lose when you focus only on the things that go wrong and don't work for you.
And by being with all your attention there, you stop enjoying the actions that work for you, the things that go well for you, the simple and valuable things in your life.

Life is NOT lost when you stop breathing,

BUT WHEN YOU STOP LIVING ATTENTIVE TO THE CURRENT MOMENT.
It is the moment when you become aware of everything that is happening to you, be it the present moment, fears and memories of your past or desires for the future.
