What is FEAR? According to Dr Roch

Do you know the feeling of anguish caused by the presence of a REAL or IMAGINARY danger? fear It is presented to us as an emotion-response to a situation that we perceive as dangerous.

I want to present my vision of fear from the acrostic in English:

False
Expectations that
They appear to be
R eales

From the acrostic in Spanish it would be:

Lies
I deals
E xpressed with
Dialogue
Or niric (dreams).

So, what scares you the most? All people only have three fears throughout our lives and are with us from the moment we are born until we leave this plane called life.

So what are those three fears?

— “THE FEAR OF FALLING OR DYING”
— “THE FEAR OF NOISE”
—-“THE FEAR OF PAIN”

If you don't believe me, you can check it out. What happens when you're about to fall? By instinct, the first thing you do is put your hands out to cover yourself or try to grab onto something, so as not to fall. You imagine that you could have died. (A typical reaction of the mind that lies).

We are afraid of pain, a negative stimulus that goes directly to the senses and keeps you in reality. When you make a mistake, pain causes you to take responsibility for the mistake, for example:

If you are hungry and you cut your hand while cooking and it hurts, you no longer worry about your appetite, you worry about the pain and that is the first thing you attend to, in this way the feeling of hunger takes a backseat.

What happens when you hear a loud noise or a skidding tire? You also instinctively turn around immediately, even if the sound is only a few blocks away.

Everything you think scares you, IT DOES NOT EXIST, IT IS NOT REAL, they are just imaginary beliefs that you yourself have CREATED and consequently BELIEVED, without mentioning your social environment, your genetics and your culture.

And you What are you afraid of?
