7 ACTS OF THE SCAM

Today I will talk to you about the seven acts that ignite and stimulate your thymus, your wise zone, your wise being.
Hopefully, after activating them, you will feel the difference in the results in your life.
Let's get to the point and start by touching on each of them.

1- MOVE:
Move your house, your bed, your body. Walk, go outside in the mornings, break free from the routine of work, relationships, and life patterns. Change your perspective. Get closer to those people with whom you can be your authentic self and who nurture your wildest dreams. You don't need to move mountains; shifting a small stone can work wonders. Small acts, called baby steps toward the goal, make all the difference.

2- TOUCH:
Touch the parts of your body you love. Give hugs in the coffee shop, in the park, on doorsteps all over town. Kiss people on the cheek. Pet your cat or dog a little longer. Savor the feel of a silk scarf, a piece of wood, different textures. Moss, bark, rocks, and water. The peel of a tangerine. The more you do it, the more comfortable you'll become with the pleasure of touch.

3- LISTEN:
Sit in silence and notice how much there is to be heard. Listen to people, to what they are truly saying. Listen to every last note of every song. Listen to your inner voice, the one you only hear when the daily noise subsides. Hear the rustling of leaves, the croaking of frogs, the crackling of wood burning in your fireplace. Listen with your heart, and always listen for what is never spoken.

4- FEEL:
Experience the pain, the joy, until you feel you're about to evaporate. Allow yourself to laugh until it hurts, feel love from the depths of your heart. Surrender to the sensuality of life. Get angry and express your fury, if that's what you need, but do it alone. If you don't truly feel, your thymus isn't activated or engaged, and that means you'll be repeating patterns and you're not truly alive.

5- TRUST:
You know what you need to know. Stop doubting yourself. That inner feeling is your highest truth, and it will serve you best. You regret it when you ignore or deny your intuition. Keep this in mind: Ultimately, you and only you know what's best for you. If you find yourself unconsciously spending your whole day painting, that's what you should be doing. If you love walking by the ocean, find a way to get there. If you don't fully trust yourself, you become lifeless.

6- GET TOGETHER:
With the men and women you love. Have tea together, walk together in the woods, converse and talk, read aloud to others. Celebrate that your hair, your skin, your body, and your stories are different from others and yet completely similar. Cook and eat together.

7- RECEIVE:
For once, stop giving and giving and giving to everyone but yourself. Accept compliments gracefully. The voice you need to hear, the hug, that moment to talk, the food on your table, the money you need—these will always be provided. Open yourself to receiving, open your hands to be filled with abundance. Receive all the good things you deserve and remember to show gratitude for your life.
