5 Levels of Leadership

The 99% leaders can be classified into one of these categories:

Level 1: Authoritarian Leader
This leader:

  • It imposes strict rules without flexibility.
  • Punishes mistakes, but rarely rewards achievements.
  • Minimizes employee participation and opinion.

Level 2: Management Leader
This type of leader:

  • Exercises leadership through the authority of his position.
  • Delegate tasks, but over-supervise.
  • Focuses on efficiency and has little tolerance for errors.

Level 3: Leader Coordinator
A coordinating leader:

  • Recognize and reward good performance.
  • Promotes communication and collaboration.
  • Provides opportunities for growth.

Level 4: Transformational Leader
This leader:

  • Promotes an organizational culture based on values.
  • Stimulates creativity and innovation.
  • Provide constructive feedback.

Level 5: Service Leader
A servant leader:

  • Set shared, purposeful goals.
  • Give autonomy to the team to make decisions.
  • Invest in the professional and personal development of your team.
