10 SUCCESSFUL BEHAVIORS for your emotional state

  1. Conscious breathingTaking deep breaths calms your nervous system and helps you reduce stress quickly. Like the ones I teach at the beginning of Wednesday Coaching training.
  2. Daily gratitude: Being grateful for 10 things each morning shifts your focus to what is truly valuable; improving your emotional state, try to feel it, become aware of what is there and say thanks with your mouth and with your heart.
  3. **Realistic Power Words**: Repeating phrases like “I feel abundant”; ”I perceive myself as very capable”, “I realize that I am improving every day” helps activate your ascending reticular formation in your mind to see the best in your life.
  4. Physical movementExercising, swimming, running, walking or simply stretching activates endorphins that improve mood.
  5. **FOCUS ON SOMETHING WITHOUT DISTRACTIONS**: Even a few minutes of focused concentration each day can help you better manage your emotions and reduce anxiety. This could be doing a puzzle, playing an instrument, learning a new language, reading a book, or having a conversation without looking at your phone or watching TV.
  6. Creative VisualizationImagine the emotional state or goal you want to achieve; this creates a clear intention. Visualize what you desire in your mind: Picture yourself in your new home, with your partner, in a magical place, with an athletic body, with a close-knit family, with a higher income.
  7. Personal careGetting enough sleep at appropriate times, exercising weekly, checking the state of your teeth, maintaining a good diet, staying hydrated, making love with love, hugging with affection and awareness, smiling all the time, and wishing well for others are key to balancing emotions.
  8. Connecting with othersTalking deeply about yourself with a trusted person, performing an act of service such as listening attentively to others, showing empathy, and caring for others will help you release negative emotions, feel supported and included, and become aware of your own worth.
  9. Let go of the complaintBe mindful of not complaining, not in your thoughts, not even in your gestures, and certainly not in your words. Be mindful of eliminating complaining from your life. Replacing complaints with courageous actions and efforts to correct reality will improve your mood.
  10. **Listen to music that inspires and energizes you**: Music has a direct impact on mood. Choose songs that make you feel good. Having a good playlist is key to getting out of an unwanted emotional state. Music stirs sensations and feelings that can either improve or worsen your emotional state.

These daily practices can have a positive and lasting impact on your emotional state. If you'd like to explore this topic further, I invite you to sign up for Coaching Wednesdays with me. .
