What is the Mastery in Yourself?
Mastery in Yourself motivates the participating leader to renew themselves. It provides self-diagnostic tools to assess their skills, competencies, and weaknesses in their work, family, and person.
It can be taken in two modalities:
• Intense: 6 modules of 5 to 6 hours each.
• Normal: 12 modules of 3 hours each.

The process is magical. I do not allow the participants to take anything away.
Their attention (Thymus activity) is on their inner brain movement from reading their reality.
The logical thinking box is a paralyzing cognitive inhibitor. It punishes us for making mistakes. It causes all our effort to go into proving that “I am right, and you are wrong.” Creating conflict, anger, stress, and lack of creativity.
We achieve the desired outcome through lateral thinking, which is x10 thinking. It creates a powerful lateral provocation that offers an escape outside the box from our point of view.
I read in their Thymus the reality they are living. And when they hear it, they vibrate and pay attention to what they hear, which is how I can continue reading.
