When I was in elementary school, I couldn't get good grades because of my undeveloped memory. I remember many teachers telling my parents\u2014or even commenting among themselves\u2014that my "problem" was that I always wanted to get attention by being prankish, since I couldn't achieve it with my grades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Years passed. I failed third grade, and after several scoldings, I understood something important: they were right<\/strong>. But I also discovered that Getting attention is not a problem... it's a skill<\/strong>And today, that is precisely what we must master as professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What made me professional was improve my way of getting attention<\/strong>I used my creativity to strengthen my memory, and from high school through my Ph.D. in human behavior, I achieved academic excellence. So, I focused on being seen not only for my knowledge, but for my creativity in applying and communicating it. I also realized I could help others achieve the same thing I had.
