Today I will talk about employability, both from an individual and business perspective. It is a topic that invites deep reflection. I would love to receive your comments and be aware of your opinions on the subject.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am not exaggerating when I say that the future of our employability lies in our Professional-Personal Brand on social networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This statement is based on the undeniable reality of job instability and uncertainty, which are not just a \u201cpassing trend\u201d but the harsh reality we face right now. As a result, what we studied a few years ago is no longer useful, and what we are learning now, to what extent will it be beneficial to us in the future?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IMPORTANT: I am not suggesting that we \u201cstop studying\u201d or stop in the learning process. In fact, I highly recommend you participate in my 3-day program called Re-Invent Yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am not saying that you should stop studying or learning something new. However, we must consider that, regardless of the new trends and fashions that may emerge later, the true future of our employability is not only limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Your group of friends from college,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Your circle of former coworkers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Nor is it only found in your usual social circle; it is also found significantly and really in your Professional-Personal image on social networks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Therefore, it is crucial to start WORKING ON YOUR PROFESSIONAL-PERSONAL BRAND now. It is not enough to simply have \u201ca LinkedIn profile\u201d or \u201ca presence on social media\u201d. It is about \u201cstrategically working on my professional brand on social media\u201d. This implies changing your mindset to a more open one, leaving your comfort zone and becoming your own public relations person to generate INFLUENCE and position yourself as an opinion leader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Many consider this to be simply a fad, but in reality it is a necessity that cannot be ignored in the real world of our times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I hope my reflection brings value. We face the reality of the working world, despite the fear of judgment from others, criticism from those who disapprove of being a public figure, and other obstacles that prevent us from adapting to the new era and the real world. I appreciate your presence here with me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
