{"id":5548,"date":"2021-04-07T16:55:59","date_gmt":"2021-04-07T16:55:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/drroch.mx\/?p=5548"},"modified":"2021-04-07T16:55:59","modified_gmt":"2021-04-07T16:55:59","slug":"equipos-de-alto-desempeno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/drroch.mx\/en\/equipos-de-alto-desempeno\/","title":{"rendered":"High performance teams"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>From the Leaders Summit retreat.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Is it possible to develop Natural Work Teams into Self-Directed Teams, commonly called High Performance Teams?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The answer is Yes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To achieve this, Leaders can use the following types or styles of leadership to transform their teams into Self-Directed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2747 Directive Leadership: Leader gives detailed instructions on how, when and where a task should be carried out and then supervises its execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2747 Participatory or Democratic Leadership: The leader asks for opinions, as well as information and recommendations, but, in the end, is the one who decides what should be done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2747 Transformational Leadership: Leader benefits from the skills, knowledge and experience of members who contribute ideas to accomplish a mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2747 Delegative Leadership: The members are mature, experienced and have a very clear objective, mission and vision of the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The styles mentioned are related to the High Performance Team Scaling Model (HPTS) that I present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><br \/>\u2734 Time for strategy.<br \/>\u2734 Confidence in the team.<br \/>\u2734 Less supervision towards the team.<br \/>\u2734 Results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to do it, attend the retreat <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/drroch.mx\/en\/cumbre-de-lideres\/\">Leaders' Summit<\/a><\/strong>.
