{"id":5516,"date":"2021-03-26T16:46:27","date_gmt":"2021-03-26T16:46:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/drroch.mx\/?p=5516"},"modified":"2021-03-26T16:46:27","modified_gmt":"2021-03-26T16:46:27","slug":"el-duelo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/drroch.mx\/en\/el-duelo\/","title":{"rendered":"The Duel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grief is a necessary part of any loss process, so it is essential to experience it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first thing to do is to recognize that sadness tells us that something needs to heal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Letting your feelings flow will be uncomfortable and make you anxious, but avoiding or denying them will only lead to postponing recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now that you feel the pain of the breakup you have two options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.- Disdain it by avoiding it and thus you will waste the invitation to evolve, or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.- Use it as motivation to know who we are and what we are capable of doing to grow and get to know yourself better. Discover what you are made of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Life is a juicer for human beings. You will know what you are made of when you squeeze and extract your juice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The word grief is usually associated with the death of a loved one. We all know that when someone dies, there are established rituals that make it easier to cope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is surprising to discover that there is no defined ritual for breakups. Added to this is that the causes often come in cascades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Generally, the pain of ending a love relationship forces us to examine the past; unprocessed situations and old shortcomings that tend to become evident in the chaotic and depressed situation of separation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Express emotions, don&#039;t deny them<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this regard, it can be helpful not only to talk about the issue, but to express what you feel. To get in touch with the emotions that are going through us and let them out in a timely manner, whether by crying, writing or even shouting. You have to do whatever makes recovery easier. Experience the feelings. Mind you, this is not the same as talking and talking about them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have a suggestion for you: if you feel like you are going around in circles too much, without making any progress, consider seeking professional help.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All the symptoms of grief can be better managed by admitting them. Crying, shouting, confronting are not destructive acts, they are possibilities that allow us to express what we feel. I insist, recognizing everything that happens will give us the possibility of living through grief with a minimum of fear and anxiety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have a thymus cleansing job for one to three days. I suggest you drink teas instead. It is an energetic and magnetic cleansing of all the physical and emotional poisons that you carry inside.
