Here are her suggestions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n1.- Develop emotional intelligence<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Parents generally want excellent grades from their children, however, Emotional intelligence is not linked to the subject of grades<\/strong>, but to self-control, maturity, and self-regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\u201cPeople who are able to lead better are those who have a high emotional intelligence\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
Irma Flores points out that one of the easiest ways to develop emotional intelligence in children is by sending them on trips or camps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cFrom time to time, parents should be removed from their children\u2019s anchors so they can experience their frustration tolerance without the family. On a trip, parents can identify when tantrums start, where, and why. And with this information, they can help them express and manage their emotions.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cA child who is empathetic has an 80% chance of being a leader\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
A child who is well-prepared at home and school will have more skills in the future to solve a work crisis, and critical thinking should be part of the child's daily education process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.- Teamwork<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Irma Flores says that she once came to a preschool classroom where there were pencils full of every color except red. When she asked why they didn't use more red colors, the teacher replied that she had purposely made that color the most sought-after color, so that the students would have to learn to control their frustration or persevere until they got it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTeachers believed that only the children who finished first and did the best in their activities could get the red card. You have to motivate them somehow and teach them that they are not the only children, so they have to work as a team.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
