We are in an age of people who are unable to have empathy and to know how to connect with themselves and with others due to emotional weakness or fragility. We have a lot of information in our heads and on social networks and other electronic media, but our emotional management of it is very poor and immature. This disproportion generates high expectations, excessive ambition and desperation. Emotional immaturity has resulted in a number of people with self-esteem problems, depression and hypersensitivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We do not come to learn or succeed, we come to live the experience of discovering who we are and trusting our wise self. You cannot successfully navigate through challenges that are ever greater than what the mind can consider handling by giving a double and it must be watered down, even the truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Social media uses mental strategies to make you believe lies that do not produce real results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
