Divided into two large parts, the first establishes<strong> The theoretical model of leadership designed and implemented by the Jesuits<\/strong> and in the second one it approaches that <strong>implementation based on the historical development of the Society of Jesus<\/strong> and to recount the lives of some paradigmatic Jesuits who lived their leadership to the fullest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&nbsp;The Fundamentals of Leadership: &nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the author, the leadership created by the Jesuits since their foundation 450 years ago is based on four principles, which he bases on documents, practices, and the training style of the Jesuits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1) Self-knowledge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"569\" height=\"854\" src=\"https:\/\/drroch.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/conocimiento-de-si-mismo.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3521\" srcset=\"https:\/\/drroch.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/conocimiento-de-si-mismo.png 569w, https:\/\/drroch.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/conocimiento-de-si-mismo-300x450.png 300w, https:\/\/drroch.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/conocimiento-de-si-mismo-200x300.png 200w, https:\/\/drroch.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/conocimiento-de-si-mismo-8x12.png 8w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 569px) 100vw, 569px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Knowing how to recognize one&#039;s own strengths, weaknesses and values. Having a clear understanding of the world and where one wants to go. Explore new possibilities and ideas. Learn from other cultures and value them. Don&#039;t be defensive. Be grounded in what you believe, which is not negotiable, but know how to be indifferent. Always maintaining a positive attitude. Winning people over with love and not fear. Leaders have self-confidence and project this to others.
