It\u2019s showing you something.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are times when life shatters, without asking permission, our expectations, our dreams, and what we were sure was going to happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And it hurts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sadness, disappointment, frustration, anger, helplessness, confusion, fear, anxiety, loneliness... even resentment appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But before you fight with what happened:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STOP!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There&#039;s something you need to understand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Often we suffer not only because of what happened, but because of the gap between the reality that occurred and the reality we had constructed in our minds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We fell in love with a future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of a person as we imagined he would be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From a project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From a relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From a result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From a life that did not yet exist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And when reality doesn&#039;t match our expectations, we feel like we&#039;ve lost something.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But perhaps you didn&#039;t lose what you believed in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perhaps an illusion was shattered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And although a disappointment can hurt deeply, it can also become one of the great turning points in our lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because when you know how to navigate it from your Thymus, your Wise Self, you begin to discover the blessings hidden behind what hurts you today:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u270d <strong>You learn to stay grounded.<\/strong>, Instead of living in expectation that reality will obey your wishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u270d <strong>You learn to see what IS<\/strong>, not just what you would like it to be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u270d <strong>You strengthen your resilience<\/strong> And you discover that you can rise up even from that which you thought would destroy you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u270d <strong>You learn to choose better.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u270d <strong>You free yourself from people, places, or situations<\/strong> that perhaps had already finished their function in your life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u270d <strong>You learn to set boundaries.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u270d <strong>You regain your dignity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u270d And, above all, <strong>New paths appear<\/strong> that you would never have discovered while you remained attached to the previous one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, be patient with your process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You don&#039;t need to understand everything today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are events that at first seem like a tragedy and, with the passage of time, we discover that they were an extraordinary course correction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSometimes life isn\u2019t taking something away from you.<br>He&#039;s showing you something.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disillusionment comes when reality shatters a story that our mind had constructed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And perhaps that&#039;s why it&#039;s called <strong>disappointment<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stop living from illusion and start looking from truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don&#039;t curse too soon what you don&#039;t understand today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maybe one day you&#039;ll look back and say:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c&quot;It&#039;s a good thing it didn&#039;t happen the way I wanted.&quot;\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c&quot;It&#039;s a good thing that door closed.&quot;\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI\u2019m so glad I discovered the truth.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because when an illusion dies, something much more powerful can be born:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CONSCIOUSNESS<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Honor your pain, but don&#039;t build your house on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He accepts what happened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Read reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Learn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Get up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And it continues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because perhaps what you call today <strong>disappointment<\/strong>, Tomorrow you&#039;ll end up calling him:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BLESSING.<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Breathe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Look beyond appearances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
