Leadership is not a title<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A leader is not a person.<br>It&#039;s a verb. It&#039;s a behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leadership is a habit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To lead is to be an example of loyalty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leading is about reading reality and adapting to it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To lead is to improve reality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you improve reality:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Results appear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Success appears.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And people want to be close.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That&#039;s where loyalty is born.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. The leader reads realities, he doesn&#039;t order people around.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A leader:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Read the emotional and operational reality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>He is empathetic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>He knows how far each person can go.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delegate based on actual capabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 When someone says \u201cit can\u2019t be done\u201d,<br>He&#039;s talking about his limitations, not yours or the team&#039;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Key exercise for leaders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Write down 3 values that govern your life.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How do you demonstrate your commitment to them through your behavior?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What should you change to be more true to those values?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are there any behaviors of yours that conflict with them?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Loyalty indicators in a team<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A loyal person:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>She is grateful to be part of the team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>He takes care of the company as if it were his own home.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>He does not knowingly betray or harm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fulfill commitments with focus, creativity, and consistency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protect confidential information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prioritize the good of the team over personal interest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively collaborate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Defend the organization&#039;s public image.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take care of and respect the people on the team.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15.
