The Original Mistake: Looking in the Wrong Place<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Leaders often fall into two mental traps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Leaders of masculine behavior (in general):<\/strong> They seek absolute loyalty from people who no longer exist. They idealize the &quot;perfect&quot; employee who should &quot;come ready-made.&quot;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Female behavioral leaders (in general):<\/strong> They look for people who do not yet exist, betting on potential but, sometimes, disconnecting from present reality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The common point:<\/strong> Both errors originate in the mind, out of focus on themselves and disconnected from the reality in front of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. The Fundamental Principle: Start with Yourself<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want loyal people, the change begins in your mirror.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Turn it down six notches<\/strong> to your demands on others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Turn it up by ten<\/strong> to your demands on yourself, specifically in your <strong>CONDUCT<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Loyalty is not preached, it is demonstrated.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. How to Build Real Loyalty<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Compatibility before perfection:<\/strong> Look for like-minded people in <strong>key values<\/strong>, not ideal beings. Loyalty is a process, not a starting point.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>People in process:<\/strong> Loyalty grows with <strong>real coexistence<\/strong>, Not with speeches. Leading is not a title, it&#039;s a verb<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A leader is not a person. It&#039;s a behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leading is a <strong>habit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To lead is to be <strong>example<\/strong> of loyalty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To lead is <strong>reading reality<\/strong> and adapt to it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To lead is <strong>improve reality<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>When you improve reality, results appear, success appears\u2026 and people want to be around. That&#039;s where loyalty is born.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
