That only happens when you learn to delegate strategically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc The 70% rule<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If someone on your team can perform a task according to your standard 70%, it&#039;s time to delegate!<br>It&#039;s not about complacency. It&#039;s about making room for learning and growth, and freeing up your time for strategic thinking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udfc6 Golden rule for effective delegation<br>1. Provide context: explain the purpose, not just the instruction.<br>2. Secure resources: time, training, and tools.<br>3. Define clear expectations.<br>4. Establish constant feedback.<br>5. Guide with patience, without micromanaging.<br>6. Recognize achievements: celebrating boosts commitment.<br>7. Schedule revisions: reinforce alignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u23f3 The Eisenhower Matrix<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A strategic leader distinguishes:<br>\u2705 Important + Urgent \u2192 Do it now<br>\ud83d\uddd3\ufe0f Important + Not urgent \u2192 Plan it<br>\ud83e\udd1d Not important + Urgent \u2192 Delegalize it<br>\u274c Not important + Not urgent \u2192 Delete it<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\ude9c Five levels of delegation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delegating is not black and white: define the right autonomy.<br>1. Follow exact instructions.<br>2. Complete and review the following action.<br>3. Recommend and act with validation.<br>4. Act and report afterwards.<br>5. Act with complete independence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This way you not only delegate tasks, but you also develop leaders within your team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udfaf The \u201cwho, what, when\u201d framework\u201d<br>\u2022 Who: clear responsible party.<br>\u2022 What: a specific and measurable task.<br>\u2022 When: defined deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 Delegating doesn&#039;t mean losing control. It means multiplying your impact, developing talent, and ensuring sustainability.<br>A leader who does not delegate becomes a bottleneck.<br>The leader who does delegate, on the other hand, becomes a creator of leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 Key question for every leader:<br>\u2022 Does your leader delegate to you and allow you to grow?<br>\u2022 As a leader, are you focused on strategy or stuck on tasks that your team could execute and learn?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udce3 I&#039;ll read your comments.
