Binaural beats are a super interesting concept, since among other things, they allow you to achieve a meditative state faster than traditional meditation methods. … In order to hear the beat binaural, both tones must have a frequency below about 1000 or 1500Hz (Hertz).
Have you ever felt so tired that you can't sleep? Is the concept of clearing your mind almost impossible for you? Or do you feel like your brain just isn't working, your creativity is at zero, and you feel like there's nothing you can do about it. Let's talk about Binaural Frequencies.
Binaural beats are a super interesting concept, as among other things, they allow you to achieve a meditative state faster than traditional meditation methods. They can improve learning ability, develop creativity and memory, and facilitate the healing of various diseases.
Binaural beats were first observed by the German scientist HW Dove in 1839. But it was not until 1973 when Dr. Gerald Oster indicated the effect that this type of sound had on the brain and the term “binaural sounds” was adopted.
Binaural: Stereophonic sound, recorded and played back on two channels.
Our brain produces a low-frequency pulsation phenomenon when it perceives two tones at slightly different frequencies, each received in one of the ears (using headphones so that each ear hears only the tone that corresponds to it).
In order to hear the binaural beat, the two tones must have a frequency below about 1000 or 1500 Hz (Hertz). In addition, the frequency difference must be at most 30 Hz, otherwise the tones would be perceived differently and would not produce a binaural sound.
There are studies and documents that show that binaural sounds activate various areas of the brain. To understand all this, it is important to know the 4 states that our brain has.
1. BETA (13-39Hz) This is a state that keeps you focused. New ideas and solutions emerge while your brain maintains Beta frequencies.
2. ALPHA (7 to 13Hz) In this state the brain reduces its frequency and is relaxed. It is a recommended state for treating stress.
3. THETA (4 to 7 Hz) This is a deeper state of relaxation. It is almost the point of sleeping. You can feel a state of “floating”. You can have a sensation that you are out of your body. This is the sensation that is wrongly and vulgarly known as “raising the dead”.
4. DELTA (less than 4Hz) Unconscious state, state of sleep and possible sense of healing. The brain frequencies are associated with deep sleep. The most interesting thing about all this is that there is a full and unitary consciousness even though there are parts of the brain that work differently. That is, each region of the brain where a sense is housed, for example, emits a different wave frequency and the brain selects the data from all of it and simplifies it as individual information.
The human brain is always producing multiple brain waves throughout the 24 hours of the day. Your feelings, skills, thoughts and abilities are intimately affected by that mix of brain waves. that your brain emits.
Well-being and happiness occur when brain waves are perfectly aligned with what you are doing at a given moment. Remember that you produce brain frequencies with your internal chemical movement and with the data you receive from the outside.
