Elements to develop your business:

• Don't lie to yourself: Look at your life, not your successes
• Be a leader for your people and your customers.
• Set the goal as a leader and do not hinder your people in achieving it.
• Hire people who are better than you. Look at their life, not just their resume.
• Check only what you can of each table leg. But keep an eye on them periodically.
• Check your mat every six months (systems are key to success).
• A business does not grow if there is no leader who injects it with inner energy.
• Watch your costs.
• Invest in the growth and training of staff and leaders in the research and sales areas.
• Enjoy what happens in your business, because your life happens within it.
